The Foundation is a non-governmental, non-religious, and non-political organization dedicated to inspiring and equipping young adults to realize their full potential through mentorship and sound principles.
- We are committed to helping young adults become the best versions of themselves. With the right support, guidance, and inspiration, every young person can achieve their goals and create a positive impact in society.
- Our programs provide motivational resources and experiences that encourage young adults to dream big and pursue their aspirations with confidence.
- Over nearly five years, we have expanded our membership across the diaspora and 15 Nigerian states, engaging over 3,000 youth through initiatives in training, financial literacy, mentorship, and skill acquisition. Our goal is to enhance outreach across all 36 states of Nigeria.
- We offer workshops and training sessions that equip participants with valuable skills and knowledge, preparing them for real-world opportunities. We also facilitate projects and initiatives that enable young adults to apply what they learn in their communities.

DO IT YOURSELF INITIATIVE
Ezekiel O. Oluwaseun Foundation (EOOF) launched the SELF-INITIATIVE PROGRAMME FOR PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT AND SUSTAINABLE NATION, also known as the 'DO IT YOURSELF INITIATIVE'. This campaign focuses on life management, empowering individuals to live productive, happy, and fulfilling lives. Guided by our core values of accountability, cultural diversity, integrity, and innovation, we utilize strategies to maximize participants' potential. This initiative was set in motion at an outreach conducted at Jebba Moro Local Government Area in Kwara State, empowering 255 young adults and youths. EOOF is committed to nurturing young minds to cultivate a sustainable nation through self-initiative.
CORE VALUE EDUCATION
Ezekiel O. Oluwaseun Foundation organized Core Value Education at Government Day Secondary School in Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria. This initiative aimed to enlighten students on guiding principles that help align their actions with their true selves. By promoting awareness, students can minimize toxic relationships and situations, enhancing their productivity and overall well-being. This orientation fosters fulfillment, encourages alignment with personal values, and alleviates anxiety and depression. Just as seeds grow, the foundation seeks to provide the necessary resources for personal development, helping individuals flourish. SKILL ACQUISITION AND CAPACITY BUILDING.
The Ezekiel O. Oluwaseun Foundation successfully conducted an outreach at Bishop Smith Memorial College in Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria, focusing on skill acquisition in shoe making and capacity building.
We prioritize skill acquisition among youth,
making it essential for personal and professional growth. Acquiring and improving specific skills enables individuals to meet their needs and solve problems effectively.
Our mission is to empower individuals with practical skills for economic self-reliance and to enhance their ability to independently create products, contributing to societal development.


TEENAGE PREGNANCYPREVENTION LITERACY PROGRAM
The Ezekiel O. Oluwaseun Foundation organized a Teenage Pregnancy Prevention Literacy program at Sheikh Abdulkadir College in Ilorin West, Nigeria. The initiative emphasized the message "NO MEANS NO" and highlighted the importance of waiting before engaging in sexual relationships for key reasons such as:
- Enjoying your innocence and valuing parental advice.
- Understanding the risks of early pregnancy,which can turn curiosity into regret.
- Preparing your life before bringing a child into a chaotic situation.
- Recognizing that education is essential for providing a better future for children
YOUTH AGRIPRENEURSHIP
The Ezekiel O. Oluwaseun Foundation, in partnership with Cyhasignature Limited, urges policymakers and investors to support youth agripreneurs, recognizing their potential to drive social and economic development through job creation, income generation, and improved food security.
Cyhasignature Limited emphasizes agripreneurship, with a strong focus on pig farming. Investing in human capital is essential to equip young people with the skills and resources needed to establish successful agribusiness ventures.
2024 INTERNATIONAL YOUTH DAY
The Ezekiel O. Oluwaseun Foundation participated in the 2024 International Youth Day on August 12, 2024, at Kwara State Banquet Hall, following an invitation from the Ministry of Youth Development.
Fidelity Bank, alongside the National Youth Community and the Kwara State Ministry of Youth Development, empowered youths by providing POS machines for the event.
The gathering was a significant celebration focused on empowering Nigerian youths and advancing youth development initiatives in Kwara State.

NEPWAN AND NYNETHA HIV/AIDS OUTREACH AND HIV SERVICE TEST.
Ezekiel O. Oluwaseun Foundation, in collaboration with NEPWAN and NYNETHA, conducted an HIV/AIDS outreach and HIV service test at Tegbesun, Ilorin South LGA, Kwara State.EOOF works closely with NYNETHA and NEWPHAN, facilitated by the Global Fund, to achieve the following goals: ensuring that 95% of people living with HIV know their status, connecting and retaining 95% of them in care, and achieving viral suppression in 95% of those receiving care.
